One Small Change

Today, right now, think about one positive change that you could make that would improve your life.  Maybe it's being more positive or taking a walk everyday or eating more vegetables or drinking less or reading more, or watching less TV or meditating to relieve stress.

Picture yourself making the change.  Picture yourself doing away with an old unhealthy habit or forming a new healthy one.  Picture yourself afterwards.  What positive things have come from making just that one change? 

Sometimes making one positive change can positively affect many other aspects of your life.  We'll call it a positive snowball effect.  You make one positive change and suddenly other good things start happening.....things that you might not have even imagined.  This gives you the motivation and drive to make other positive changes and before you know it, you're accomplishing things that you've thought about for years or maybe even accomplishing things that you never thought were possible.....until now.

ONE change can completely change your life.
